Cell Block Tango Lyrics from the Miramax Motion Picture chicago. No CopyRight Intended *Update*OMG!!!!! Wednesday, January 13, 2010 It’s only a month old and it’s gotten 2308 views and counting!!!!!!!!!!!! To me, this is awesome. PS mUsIcLuVrism says the translation is wrong, and it actually says: Why am i here? They say that the lake held down my husband I chopped the head. But it? is not true, I’m innocent. Not I know because Uncle Sam says I did it. I tried the police, to explain but they did not understand sorry about getting it wrong… ?Call me Randomisterum?

Squish=The sound a knife makes when it cuts into skin…maybe? Their interpretation of what that sounds like?
In movies sometimes it does.
I would think that’s what is would sound like if you stabbed a jellyfish 10 times.

@bestdanceryet Squish because she ran her knife into the dude 10 times, which makes a squish noise LOL but seriously, i think that is the case… 98% sure

@jublenarris ooh i had no idea where squish came from!!!! thanks for that!

For those who don’t know this:
The “squish” bit is a clue to the crime scene, just like all the other clue words. Such as>>”pop”, “six”, “uh uh”, “Cicero” and “Lipschitz”.
The first husband kept popping his gum, so the wife shot him through the head.
The second had six wives, and the woman had no idea until she found out, which pissed her off, so she poisoned him.
This one on “Squish”, means the sound of the third wife stabbing the carving knife through her husband, gutting him.

Google translate is shit. If you notice, the corrected translation isn’t even grammatically correct. How can a lake hold down her husband anyway? I’m pretty sure the translation you already have is correct.

I love this song in Chicago. I really love the “he ran into my knife. He ran into my knife ten times.” I felt really sorry for the hungarian woman since she didn’t do it, but I still love this song.
