@flyingcookie101 25 or 6 to 4 means it was between 3:34 and 3:35 in the morning. 3:35AM can be stated as 25 minutes before 4AM. Likewise, 3:34 can be referred to as 26 minutes before 4AM. So if you are not sure about the exact minute you could say it was about “25 or 6 to 4″.
