I’m planning on hitchhiking from chicago, Illinois to San Francisco, California. What highway should start on to catch a ride? I know I should get a map, but I’m not any good with them. And please don’t lecture me on the "dangers" of hitchhiking, because it’s not gonna change my mind.
lots and lots of fellatio. and a gps.

A map is very useful even if you’re not good with maps, because somtimes cars take you to wierd places and you got to figure out where you are or they will say they are going to a city which is somewhat out of the way but still in the general direction and you may not even know where it is but you can look on the map and then decide, but it does help. google map it and right down the general directions as for hitching there if you know someone in chicago that can drive you out to the freeway entrance or a little down the free way to a good busy gas station or truckstop and leave you there those are always good spots, signs are good too. Sometimes people are not going long distances if your having trouble getting a ride shoot for shorter, have a big juicy marker and there are always cardboard dumpsters at gas stations to write your destination on. You can get anywhere by hitching, look at truckers license plates and ask where they’re going they go slow but long distances.
